April Bowlby
April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American model, actress and performer. She's played Kandi in The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actor best known for her portrayal of Stacy Barrett on the American drama/comedy television series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. After starting her career as a model, she went on to film and TV. After appearing as an additional character in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in one-episode parts on different shows, her first role on the screen was CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. For Two and a Half Men, Bowlby was cast as Kandi. Bowlby was recognized internationally for the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role as Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American webseries Titans. The spin-off series Doom Patrol will see her reprising the character. Bowlby is also famous by her TV appearances in Sands of Oblivion (a TV film) and The Wrong Daughter. After appearing as a character in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut film) along with From Prada, to Nada she made her debut in the big screen with All Roads Lead Home. She went to East Union High School. She first studied French as well as Ballet in Moorpark College. Then she determined to study acting. She was a Drama student alongside Ivana Chobbuck. She landed an important role on the TV series (Kandi from Two and a Half Men) shortly following her Hollywood audition. Bowlby was a part of a variety of TV shows, such as CSI with the role of Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY with Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005. She also appeared on Stacked as Jasmine in 2005, and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in the year 2007. Bowlby has recently played the character as Natasha as a twelve year old girl in the film All Roads Lead Home. The film, which premiered in 2007, is about a young girl who loses her mother in an accident in the car. Bowlby is Mia in The Slammin Salmon a 2008 comedy. The actress lives in Los Angeles. Naturally red hair as well as blue eyes. She's not married and she has no kids.
